Lost & Stolen Cards
The authorized cardholder should immediately report loss or theft of their Truman ID Card to the ID Office in Missouri Hall 1100 (x4123) during posted business hours or to the Department of Public Safety (x4176) after hours. If your Truman ID Card has been lost or stolen and it has been activated to act as your U.S. Bank ATM/debit card, notify U.S. Bank immediately at 800-872-2657.
Dining Dollars and Bonus bucks will transfer to the cardholder’s new card.
Temporary Meal Cards for Lost ID’s
If you have lost your Truman ID Card, a temporary meal card will be issued at the Food Service Office in the Student Union Building. If the card is not found, the ID Card will then need to be replaced at the ID Office and the cardholder will be responsible for a $25.00 replacement charge.
At the time of replacement, the cardholder will be responsible for a $25 charge. Only cards that do not function in the readers on campus or where the magstripe has worn out from significant use will be replaced by the ID Office at no charge. To receive a replacement, the non-functioning card must be turned into the ID Office at the time of replacement.
The ID Office does not replace cards at no cost to the cardholder when they are broken, damaged through neglect, intentionally altered or damaged.
Payment options for the $25 replacement charge include:
- Pay by check at the ID Office
- Pay with cash or credit/debit card at the cashier’s window in McClain Hall. The receipt is required as proof of payment
- Request that the ID Office charge your student account
ID Cards are replaced at the ID Office during posted business hours.
